Completed fictional order summary

Resolve the ambiguous parts
A picture alone does not define size, supports, finishing time or what is included. Name the accepted design version. State who supplies flowers, toppers, stands or venue access and who is responsible for returning borrowed items. Put delivery and setup into the scope if they are part of the job.
Do not describe an inquiry as a reserved date unless your own accepted booking process says it is reserved. Distinguish a proposed payment schedule from money actually received. The cake deposit policy discusses that separate topic; this page does not decide refund rights.
Limits and next documents
This template does not determine legal enforceability, consumer rights, food labeling, allergens, permits, tax or insurance. Do not promise an allergy-safe product or handling outcome from an unchecked field. Obtain appropriate advice about the terms and the actual order.
Use the cake quote template for the priced offer and the cake invoice template for the billing record. A quote, an agreement and an invoice have different jobs; none is proof that payment has cleared.
