Personal transformation becomes reviewable when a desired identity is connected to one chosen behavior. An identity statement cannot settle whether that behavior occurred, whether it helped, or whether the plan needs to change.

A worked situation: Dependability
Fictional example. Someone who wants to be dependable starts by answering a specific invitation by its deadline. The evidence is the reply, rather than a general claim to have become a different person.
What a personal change consists of
A desired identity needs a setting where it can be practiced. "Be more dependable" becomes useful when it refers to confirming a meeting, keeping an agreement, or repairing a missed one. Choose a behavior you own, a context in which it matters, and evidence that it happened. Feedback may show that the behavior needs revision; one completed action does not establish permanent transformation.
