Keep logistics in the offer

Venue access can change loading, waiting, setup and the ability to collect equipment. Record an operational contact and the agreed recipient without placing those private details in a public template. Reprice a second journey or late scope change before accepting it.

A serving estimate does not replace a physical cutting plan. Record the portions the parties intend rather than promising an undefined number of servings. Specify which decoration elements are edible, supplied separately or excluded, and obtain appropriate handling and ingredient information for the actual order.

Price and acceptance checks

Use the wedding cake pricing calculator for the internal cost model. Markup and margin are different: a $400 cost at 40% markup becomes $560, while a 40% margin requires $666.67. Do not label one as the other.

The quoted price excludes unentered tax, permits, platform fees or special rental costs. A quote does not reserve a date, take payment or establish cancellation rights by itself. Use locally reviewed booking terms and retain the accepted version. The cake contract template is an operational starting point for that separate document.
