Turn the form into a costed scope

The same number of cookies can require very different finishing time. Distinguish one-time setup from repeated decorating work. Multiple personalized names or color changes may matter more than the dough quantity. Record that work in the estimate rather than assuming every design has the same per-cookie effort.

Keep tax, delivery, platform fees and unentered overhead separate from the specification. A customer request is not proof of a paid order. Confirm your booking process and locally appropriate terms; do not insert an invented legal rule into the form.

This form does not assess allergens, validate labels or determine permit requirements. Use your established ingredient and handling process and obtain appropriate advice for the actual sale. Do not put completed customer records on public pages.

Use the sugar cookie pricing calculator to expose finishing time and the cake contract template as an operational starting point for agreed terms. Baker Quote can retain the internal recipe/order calculation; this form remains useful independently.
