A daily action plan begins with the hours and capacity you actually have. One priority with a clear completion rule is more useful than a list that quietly assumes an additional workday will appear.
Work through these questions: 12:40–1:00 p.m.
Completed fictional example — SAMPLE DATA
This example shows how to fill in the form. It is not a real person’s record, a diagnosis, a validated assessment or a promised outcome. Use your own observations and appropriate professional advice for actual health concerns.

| What will wait? | Typography changes |
| End-of-day evidence? | Three named files in the shortlist |
A worked situation: 12:40–1:00 p.m.
Fictional example. A caregiver has twenty free minutes after lunch. A full portfolio redesign does not fit; selecting three samples and putting their filenames in one folder does.
Fit the plan inside the available day
Start with appointments and fixed duties, then put the chosen output in one remaining window. If the window disappears, change the plan visibly. Carrying an unfinished task forward requires a new capacity check; it should not silently multiply tomorrow’s workload. The end-of-day record should show the output or the specific reason it is still pending.
